Who collects your data ?

LAITERIES H. TRIBALLAT, in its capacity as Data Controller.

Why do we process your data?

Your personal data is used to: Process newsletter subscriptions and manage subscriptions;Create and manage your account;Personalize our services and commercial offers and provide you with adapted communications or recommend products according to your consumer needs;Develop and improve our products and services, communication methods including the Site; To inform you of RIANS offers and news;To record and process your entries in the proposed contests;To manage the exercise of your rights to your personal data, under the conditions set out in articles 7 and 8;To process your requests for information or complaints;To carry out analyses, studies and statistics.

With whom do we share your data?

We share your personal data internally with the various departments of the company and externally with: service providers; social networking platforms; police authorities, administrative or judicial authorities or control authorities.

What are your rights?

You have the right to access, rectify and delete your data, but also, in certain cases, the right to oppose or limit the processing of your data and the right to portability of your data.

To find out more, we advise you to read the privacy policy detailed below which details all your rights and the uses of the data processed by our company.

By accessing and/or using the services offered by the website www.rians.com (the “Site”), you agree to the collection and processing of your personal data under the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree with this Data Policy, you must cease all use of the Site.

1. Who collects your personal data?

The data collected is intended for LAITERIES H. TRIBALLAT, publisher of the said Site, in its capacity as data controller, a SAS with a share capital of € 2,758,800, registered with the RCS of BOURGES under the number 583 720 644, and having its registered office at 650 Route de Malvette 18220RIANS.

2. When is your data collected?

We collect your data directly on various occasions and in particular when

  • you subscribe to the newsletter;
  • you create an account on the Site;
  • you contact the customer service department;
  • you participate in contests;
  • you share and interact with our content on social networks:
  • you respond to studies and surveys.

On the collection forms, the boxes identified by an asterisk must be filled in. Otherwise, your request cannot be taken into account. The other fields are optional and are intended to improve the quality of the services offered to you.

In certain cases, we may indirectly collect your personal data from partners to whom you have given your consent.

3. What data is collected?

Data that you provide when you register for the newsletter on the Site: your email address.
Data that you provide when creating your account on the Site: your title, your name, first name, postal address and email address, password, preferences and interests.
Information you provide when you participate in our contests or surveys: your title, last name, first name, postal and email addresses, date of birth, telephone number, qualification data, demographic information, such as your age and lifestyle preferences, information about people other than you, such as personal data about your family members…
Data that you enter in a form on social networks via the Facebook Connect and Google Connect applications: In this case, LAITERIES H. TRIBALLAT may access certain information that you have transmitted to these social networks. An authorization to access this profile data and to share these activities, in particular with Facebook, will be requested and you will be informed of the data used and how it will be used and shared. Conversely, any additional information RIANS may request from you will not be shared with Facebook or Google.

Data concerning minors – In principle, our products and services are intended for persons of legal age who are capable of entering into contractual obligations. Users under 15 years of age must obtain the consent of the holder of parental authority before communicating personal data concerning them.

4. What is your personal data used for? And on what legal grounds is it used?

4.1. Your personal data is used to:

Process newsletter subscriptions and manage subscriptions;
Create and manage your account;
Personalize our services and commercial offers and provide you with tailored communications or recommend products based on your consumer needs;
Develop and improve our products and services, communication methods including the Site;
To inform you of RIANS offers and news;
To record and process your participation in the contests offered;
To manage the exercise of your rights to your personal data, in accordance with the conditions set out in articles 7 and 8;
To process your requests for information or complaints;
To carry out analyses, studies and statistics.

4.2. To use your data, we base ourselves either :

On the execution of a contract: We may process your personal data for the implementation and execution of a contract between you and LAITERIES H.TRIBALLAT (e.g. to manage your participation in a contest);
On our legitimate interest: We may process your personal data for legitimate interests (e.g.: to make statistics and marketing analyses, to develop and improve our products and services, and our communication methods including the Site…)
To use this legal basis, we must ensure that our legitimate interest does not deprive you of a right or freedom.

On your consent: We are likely to process your personal data on the basis of the consent you have expressly given (e.g.: sending the newsletter). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
On a legal obligation: We are subject to legal obligations under the applicable regulations and must, as such, process some of your personal data to comply with these obligations (e.g. managing the exercise of your rights on your personal data).

5. Who are the recipients of your personal data ?

The authorized internal departments of RIANS,
Our service providers, also known as subcontractors, to help us do our work: data hosting service providers, routing service providers (these service providers enable RIANS to send you e-mails) or service providers who manage customer service. To work with us, they undertake to act only under our instructions and only on our behalf in order to guarantee the confidentiality and security of your data.
LAITERIES H. TRIBALLAT is not responsible for the processing of your data by its partners once it has been transmitted to them.

Social network platforms: The use of social networks to interact with our Site and application (in particular the “share” buttons on Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Linkedin) is indeed likely to lead to data exchanges between RIANS and these social networks. For example, if you are connected to the social network Instagram and view a page on our Site, Instagram may collect this information. Similarly, if you view an article on our Site and click on the “Facebook” button, Facebook will collect this information. We therefore invite you to consult the personal data management policies of the various social networks to learn about the collection and processing of your data by them.
Police authorities, authorized administrative or judicial authorities or control authorities (e.g. CNIL) for reasons of national security, control or the fight against fraud.

6. How long will your data be kept?

The length of time we keep your data may vary depending on the purpose for which it was collected:

In case of creation of an account on the Site, your personal data are kept until your request to close the account. Beyond 3 years of inactivity (no connection to the account, no click action, no formulation of a notice or no printing of a coupon), your data will be deleted following a prior notification from us.
In case of subscription to the newsletter on the Site, your personal data are kept until the withdrawal of your consent (unsubscribe from the newsletters via the link at the bottom of the emails or request to the DPO) or as soon as the recipient’s email is qualified as “hard bounce”. After 5 years of inactivity, your data will be deleted following prior notification from us. A click on the newsletter (except for the unsubscribe link) is counted as an action.
If you have provided us with a copy of your identity card, we will be able to keep it for 1 year from the date of its reception by our services.
If you do not wish to receive any more commercial prospecting, we will delete your data from our mailing lists but we will nevertheless allow us to keep your data, for three years, only in order not to bother you any more by sending you commercial offers.
At the end of all these periods and in most cases, we will be able to keep your data, in intermediate archives, until the expiration of both the legal prescription periods and those provided for by the various obligations of conservation imposed by the regulation.

7. What are my rights regarding my data?

You have the following rights at all times:

Right of access: to know what data we have on you.
Right of rectification: to ask to modify them in case of error (ex: error in the spelling of your email address…) or change (of email address…).
Right of deletion: to ask to delete your data for one of the following reasons:
Your data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected,
You exercise your right to object to the processing of your data,
Your data are subject to unlawful processing,
Your data must be deleted to comply with a legal obligation.
Right to limitation: to request that the processing of your data be limited, for example if you dispute the accuracy of your data or if you believe that the processing is unlawful.
Right to portability: to request the transmission of your data to another controller.
Right to withdraw your consent at any time, in particular for any processing related to commercial prospecting or the use of cookies.
Right to make a complaint: Complaints relating to the collection or processing of your personal data may be addressed to the DPO whose contact details are given below. In case of persistent disagreement concerning your data, you have the possibility to refer to the CNIL (3 place de Fontenoy 75007 Paris, https://www.cnil.fr/fr/vous-souhaitez-contacter-la-cnil – 01 53 73 22 22).
Right to object to the processing of your data by RIANS, including for commercial prospecting purposes… You have the right to change your mind and decide not to receive our offers.

Indeed, you have the freedom of choice. You are free to accept or refuse, at any time, to receive our offers.

How does it work?

If you do not wish to receive or no longer wish to receive offers from RIANS, we invite you to

            - send a letter to RIANS - DPO- 650 Route de Malvette 18220 RIANS

            - send an e-mail to dpo@rians.com ;

            - click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the emails you receive;

            - or directly to the partners who will send you their own offers.

You may, at any time, withdraw your consent and no longer receive our newsletter, but you may also request that your account be closed by contacting RIANS at the addresses indicated in Article 8.

The right not to be contacted by telephone – Bloctel telephone opposition list: You can register free of charge on the telephone opposition list accessible on the site www.bloctel.fr, so as not to be contacted by telephone by professionals with whom you do not have a current contract.
Right to decide what happens to your data after your death – You can finally decide, right now, what happens to your personal data after your death… a bit like a digital will. You give your instructions on their retention, deletion and disclosure, and you can also designate a person in charge of their execution.
When these directives are general and concern the data of a deceased person, they can be entrusted to a trusted third party certified by the CNIL. If they are specific directives, they can also be entrusted to us as the Data Controller. You are free to modify or revoke them at any time, upon request.

In the absence of directives given during your lifetime, your heirs will have the possibility, once you have passed away, to exercise certain rights.

8. How do you exercise your rights?

If you wish to exercise any of your rights as listed in Article 7 above, you may :

send a message by e-mail to dpo@rians.com.
All requests must specify the address to which the reply should be sent, it being specified that we will reply within one month of receiving the request.

In certain cases, we reserve the right to ask you for identification or any other useful element.

9. Is my data secure?

RIANS takes appropriate technical and organizational security measures, commensurate with the risks, to protect your personal data from loss, damage, misuse, alteration or disclosure to unauthorized parties. All data transfers we make are secure.

When we work with service providers, we require contractual commitments at least equivalent to theirs in terms of protection, confidentiality and security of personal data.

In the worst case scenario… and we do our best not to let this happen, if a security breach occurs that poses a significant risk to your data, we undertake to inform you of it, just as we will inform the CNIL, which is the guarantor of companies’ compliance with regulations on personal data.

10. DPO / Data Protection Officer

We have appointed a DPO (Data Protection Officer) whose main mission is to ensure that the processing of your personal data complies with the applicable regulations and, in particular, the RGPD.
